Aches and Pains
As people age, they often experience varying kinds of aches and pains, from headaches to acid reflux.
Headaches are worse for people in their thirties, particularly for women. These can sometimes be caused by chronic lack of sleep or by diet issues or nutritional deficiencies.
Strains are worse for people in their 30s as they continue to push themselves like they did when younger... and find out they aren't as resilient as before.
Back pain, join pain and arthritis kick in stronger as people move into their 40s and 50s. The worst hit are usually the very athletic people who injure themselves in their 30s, and those who not exercise at all. For the latter, pain can become a vicious circle. They experience stiff joints, shoulder pain, and hip pain because they do not exercise. Then they do not exercise because they are experiencing stiff joints, shoulder pain, and hip pain. The solution is to gradiently begin to exercise.
Mysterious aches and pains can occasionally be signs of heart trouble.
If you are experiencing aches and pains, the safest thing to do is come in for an examination.
